• Estimating Group: 

  • Performed computational estimating on complex projects totaling over $112 million, directly contributing to the award of four major contracts valued at approximately $51 million.

  • Applied computational workflows to bridge design complexity and pricing logic—translating irregular surfaces into quantifiable outputs (e.g., LF/SF of materials), allowing data-driven cost estimating and constructability assessments.

  • Designed and deployed interactive dashboards integrating 3D models with cost and schedule data, providing stakeholders and owners with real-time, model-linked insights for decision-making and project tracking.

  • Contributed to securing high-profile contracts, including the UC Berkeley Student Housing Project ($22M), by delivering design automation and data-driven project support.

  • Utilized structural analysis tools such as FENIX to evaluate complex systems, supporting pricing and feasibility studies for projects such as Miramar Hotel, RITZ Carlton Housing (Newport Beach), Colburn School, and Quince Apartments (San Diego).

• Operation Group:

  • applying computational design strategies to complex construction and preconstruction processes.

  • Coordinated with fabrication, structural, and field teams to ensure digital models translated accurately to constructible, on-site systems.

  • Led the parametric design and development of 195 unique panels for the Lucas Museum roof ribbon, enhancing fabrication accuracy and reducing design-to-production time.

  • Led computational design for the Universal Studios Hollywood – Nintendo Ride, developing a system to fabricate 17 massive sculptural cloud forms using a combination of ribbed internal assemblies, cold-formed steel framing, and mesh/lath finishes. Designed parametric logic to optimize structure, material usage, and fabrication sequencing.

  • Developed custom Grasshopper components using C#, enabling project-specific automation, geometry control, and data extraction tailored to façade and paneling systems.

  • Collaborated on other iconic architectural projects, including the Populus Hotel (Studio Gang) and Colburn School expansion (Frank Gehry Partners), providing advanced digital design and technical consulting.
